Digital Licenses

Our products consist of digital licenses that are delivered by email after payment has been received. In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium once the execution has begun with the explicit consent of the consumer.

No Returns or Refunds

Since the delivery of a license code occurs immediately and digitally, it is not possible to cancel the purchase or request a refund once the license has been sent. The reason for this is that digital license codes cannot be “returned” or invalidated after they have been delivered.

Incorrect or Non-Working License

If you notice that:

• the received license code does not work;

• the code is incorrect or does not correspond to the purchased product;

please contact us within 7 days after purchase via [your email address or contact page]. We will review each case individually and, if necessary, provide a replacement code or an appropriate solution.
