Our products are digital license keys delivered via email. After payment, you will receive the license code at the email address you provided, usually within a few minutes and up to a maximum of 24 hours.

We guarantee that the delivered license corresponds to the product description. It is your responsibility to verify whether the product is compatible with your device or operating system.

3. Prices and Payment

All listed prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered on the website. You will only receive access to the digital license after successful payment.

4. Delivery

Digital licenses are delivered exclusively via email. After purchase, please check both your inbox and spam folder. If you experience any issues, you can contact us via burak@lunastra-keys.com

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

For digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Please also refer to our [Return and Refund Policy].

6. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use of the license or incompatibility with your system. We are also not responsible for issues caused by third parties (such as software manufacturers or antivirus blocking).

7. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and product descriptions on this website are the property of their respective owners. We sell legitimate licenses only and have no direct affiliation with the manufacturers unless otherwise stated.
